Bribery Pics & Other Fun Pics of Rhys!

These first two are going to be GREAT bribery pics. I can definitely see them in the senior slide show at his high school graduation. I know, why am I thinking that far in advance. Don't you agree, though? Friends of ours' little girl turned 1 last week and we gave her the tutu as part of her present. I just couldn't resist putting it on Rhys 1st and taking pics. I am an evil mother! (Hee, Hee!)

Doesn't he look cute? Maybe it is prophetic and he will be a ballet dancer some day. :)

Our fair was last week, so we had a great time. We were there almost everyday. It is the combination of a lot of things that Rhys loves all in one: outside, people, good food, animals and overall excitement. We had to put him on some rides. He really didn't know what to think about the carousel horses, but he ended up liking the car rides. Typical Boy!

I set up his pool outside on the lawn and this other pool-like water toy that sprays water into the air. He had a blast and didn't want to stop.

Rhys & His Best Bud, Jaxsen!

Rhys already has a Best Bud named Jaxsen! Jaxsen is 3 days older than Rhys and the son of really good friends of ours named Jesse and Monica. These two are going to be a handful when they get older. It is a lot of fun to watch them grow up together and it will be a lot of fun to watch them learn new things together, explore together, get into trouble together and much more. I was babysitting Jaxsen last week and thought that I had better take a few pics of them.

Casting Crowns Concert

Casting Crowns had a concert at the North Dakota State Fair in Minot and we couldn't pass up the chance to see them when they were so close to us. We went up on the 24th and met some friends who were already up there. It was an awesome concert and we were so glad that we went. The only complaint that I had was that it was too short. I would love to see them again.

The whole band! They are all very talented.

They had some awesome lights that looked amazing at night. They also had all the words of the songs on a light board behind them, so we could sing along. It was great!

1st Trip To The Pool

Amazing, huh! I managed to get pics up within a couple of weeks of my last post. Aren't you proud? These are pics of Rhys' 1st trip to the pool. He loves water, so I knew that he would love it. He had a blast, especially with the pretty girls that were there. He is already a BIG flirt!

It was a little chilly at time under the canopy, so we would have to drag him out into the sun to warm up.

Daddy has to coax him down the slide. He can't look, he's too scared. (Hee, Hee!) He wasn't too excited at first, but then he enjoyed it. Daddy had to hold his hand all the way down.

Just got off the slide. He hasn't quite mastered it yet, but he still has fun.
